Training and Development
We believe in continuous professional development. Every team member receives comprehensive training from day one, with ongoing opportunities to specialise and progress.
Induction Programme
Comprehensive induction covering the Care Certificate standards, manual handling, safeguarding, first aid, medication management, and infection control. Includes shadowing experienced carers and competency assessments to ensure you are confident before your first solo visit.
Dementia and Mental Health
Specialist training in dementia awareness, person-centred approaches, communication techniques, and supporting clients with mental health conditions including anxiety and depression.
Safeguarding and Compliance
Annual mandatory training covering adult and child safeguarding, GDPR, equality and diversity, health and safety, and whistleblowing procedures.
QCF Qualifications
We fund QCF Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care for all eligible staff. Study while you work with dedicated mentor support.
Leadership Development
For aspiring senior carers and coordinators. Covers team leadership, care plan management, client assessments, and quality assurance processes.
Clinical Skills
