Registered Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our Berkshire branch. Reporting directly to the company directors, you will have full operational responsibility for the branch including CQC compliance, team management, business development, and quality assurance. You will lead a growing team of carers and coordinators, ensuring that every client receives outstanding care. This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) and registration with the CQC as a Registered Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain or improve the branch rating
- Lead, manage, and develop the care team
- Oversee all care delivery and quality assurance processes
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and business performance
- Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
- Handle complaints, safeguarding concerns, and incidents
- Build relationships with local authorities, NHS, and referral partners
- Drive business growth through marketing and community engagement
- Ensure all staff training and development is up to date
- Report to company directors on branch performance
What We're Looking For
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care
- Current or previous CQC registration as Registered Manager
- Minimum 3 years management experience in domiciliary care
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection framework
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check
