Weekend Care Assistant
We are looking for reliable and caring individuals to join our weekend care team. This role is ideal for students, those with weekday commitments, or anyone who prefers weekend working. You will provide the same high-quality personal care and support as our weekday team, with the benefit of enhanced weekend pay rates. Full training is provided, and you will be supported by our on-call coordinator throughout your shifts. This is an excellent entry point into the care sector with the flexibility to increase your hours as your availability changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Administer medication following care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate daily care records
- Report any concerns to the on-call coordinator
What We're Looking For
- Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Compassionate and reliable nature
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
